the forest call, painting on canvas 30x90cm

€2,411.00

about the painting:

I don't know if it's the primal instinct in us, or for me it's the many hours I spent in the woods with my mate, but in any case it's a place that I love very much.

the forest was where the imagination could run free. free from parents and duties, and where the day and time were all our own.

with bow and arrow, and tree-top cabin in the crown of the beech, we were robin hood and his men. on other days dams were built in the stream and bark boats were sailed. always the forest fed our imagination and provided us with something to occupy ourselves with.
